The Loops Hong Kong Limited is a social enterprise revolutionizing waste management in Hong Kong through a closed-loop, door-to-door recycling network. Headquartered in Kowloon, the company addresses the city's low recycling rates by offering a convenient subscription-based service that collects over 40 types of recyclables — covering more than 90% of common waste — directly from homes and offices.

All-in-one recycling, food waste recycling, and dirty recycling, are the flatship programs, making The Loops capable to manage waste from household, office, shopping mall, commercial building, factory, and production line.

Recyclables will be handled at the company's 3,500 sq ft facility in San Po Kong into premium grades for reallocation, promoting a true circular economy. The Loops also provide real-time ESG data, innovative recycling services, fostering sustainable practices.

A key pillar of The Loops' mission is social impact: it empowers underprivileged, low-income, or unemployed housewives by providing training, flexible employment, and wages. Workers handle collection, sorting, and operations, liberating women's labour potential while fostering community inclusion.

Dirty Waste Audit is a new data-driven project of The Loops, revolutionizing commercial waste management in Hong Kong through its innovative AI-powered waste audit system. Targeting mid-to-large enterprises (e.g., MTR Corporation, FWD, Swire Properties) and property managers, it addresses the critical problem of inefficient waste practices caused by lack of granular data. It can guide us locate the recyclables from the general waste, reducing 30-50% of the general waste.
