Small Potato Big Dream Limited carries a social mission to empower individuals with high-functioning special educational needs (SEN) and learning or developmental disabilities by providing tailored baking training according to their needs. Apart from baking, SEN individuals will learn transferable soft skills to use in any industry like communication, teamwork, workplace adaption and attitude. The organisation fosters an inclusive work environment by producing dessert gift sets, offering catering services, operating a bakery shop and café staffed by SEN individuals.
