OnTrack is an innovative career planning platform dedicated to empowering students from low-income families and those with special educational needs (SEN). By addressing disparities in resource allocation within local schools, OnTrack provides equitable opportunities for all students to explore their potential and pursue fulfilling career paths.

Central to our approach is a proprietary career personality analysis questionnaire. This tool helps students understand their unique career personalities, guiding them to identify suitable skills, roles, and industries. Unlike international schools that benefit from well-distributed resources, local schools often face resource mismatches, favouring students with higher academic performance. OnTrack bridges this gap by offering tailored solutions that ensure every student receives personalized career guidance.

Our career testing system categorizes students into four distinct career pathways:

1. Innovative Experimenters: Focused on technology and innovation.
2. Academic Researchers: Driven by curiosity and academic pursuits.
3. Social Explorers: Passionate about societal contributions.
4. Entrepreneurial Pioneers: Aspiring leaders and entrepreneurs.

For each pathway, OnTrack recommends activities designed to spark interest and foster exploration, helping students actively engage with their career aspirations. By cultivating a personalized journey of discovery, we aim to inspire students to reach their full potential and create a more inclusive and resource-efficient educational ecosystem.
