The ‘Healthy GBA’ platform is an information platform focusing on cross-border healthcare services in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA), aiming to provide residents with efficient and convenient healthcare resources and healthcare-seeking support. The platform will mainly address issues such as information asymmetry and process complexity experienced by Hong Kong residents in cross-border medical treatment, by integrating authoritative resources and providing users with comprehensive medical treatment guidelines.

Shenzhen is being selected as the pilot city, and the project will gradually cover other cities in the Greater Bay Area. This platform will combine academic research, government cooperation, and resource support from the leading hospitals to provide users with fair and standardized cross-border healthcare services. ‘Healthy GBA’ is committed to becoming a transparent, efficient, and user-friendly platform.

In addition, the ‘Healthy GBA’ project plans to launch personalized AI healthcare consulting services, paving the way for the era of digital healthcare consultation in the Greater Bay Area. Combined with the powerful healthcare information database, the AI project will recommend the most suitable hospital and medical team according to the patient's physical symptoms as well as their personalized healthcare needs. It aims to help all patients to realize efficient and accurate healthcare consultation.
