港人水產消耗量年年攀升,但本港漁農業卻日漸萎縮,昔日漁民農民因生計減少及年紀漸長無法應付工作辛勞而無奈退出,相關知識亦失去承傳。據漁護署資料,截至2018 年底本地水產僅達本港佔需4%。

「菁出於灆」推動本地漁農業承傳,揉合創新科技建立可持續水產生態系統,設立室內生態系統養殖甲殼類高價值水產,利用複合微生物和藻類活化技術將系統污水轉化成可供農作物生長的養分,達致零污染和高生產,此推廣無污染本地生產和可持續水產,並活化承傳本地漁農文化,貫徹《香港 2030+》及聯合國可持續發展目標,令漁農行業青出於藍,再現光芒!
