	Dr. Ilex LAM Chairman, iEnterprise Ilex is the founder of iEnterprise, a social innovative organisation which aims to help the disadvantaged to be employed and self-reliant. In early 2014, iEnterprise collaborated with HKBN and HKRP to set up “1083 Telephone Enquiries” call center in HK, providing employing opportunities for people with disability and underprivileged community. His tripartite collaborative model (Social Enterprise-Business Enterprise-NGO) was featured in “Creative, Hong Kong” TV program. This cross boundaries partnership was also reported as a case model in the paper titled “Innovation that Unlock the Resources of Business for the Common Good” by Asia Center for Social Entrepreneurship and Philanthropy of National University of Singapore.Ilex is currently the Chairman of iEnterprise Foundation, Impact Investing Research Committee of Greater China Alternate Managers Association and Cardinalasia Consulting. He also serves as Senior Advisor to UNDP SDG Impact Finance, Director of CareER, Advisor of Hong Kong Shared Good Values and Teen Future.
	Brian CHENG Chief Executive Officer, Generation Hong Kong Brian Cheng is the Chief Executive Officer of Generation Hong Kong since its launch in early 2018. In this role, Brian leads the implementation of the Generation programs in Hong Kong which aim at addressing the gap between education to employment, especially to tackle the talent mismatch caused by a deep-rooted societal norm that higher education is the only path to success alongside with the mismatch in criteria to assess candidates. Prior to joining Generation, Brian had been in the higher education sector over the past decade, leading the Asia operations of The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and the administrative functions of The Hong Kong Institute of Technology respectively. Brian is also a current member of the Advisory Committee on Gifted Education under The Education Bureau of Hong Kong, and a mentor of Cyberport, a business park in Hong Kong.
	Herman CHAN Founder, Eldpathy HKSEC 2012 Champion Raised by his grandparents, Herman CHAN is deeply committed to improving the livelihood of the elderly in Hong Kong and promoting empathy for senior citizens. He set up Eldpathy with the purpose of developing young people’s understanding towards the seniors. Eldpathy also advocates “active ageing” by recruiting Elderly Instructors for its Elderly Simulation Programmes. Since 2012, Eldpathy has organised over 800 activities, attracting approximately 30,000 participants. Around 30 Elderly Instructors were trained to interact with the younger counterparts to enhance their mutual understanding.
	YIP Hiu Wai (Ding Ding) Founder, Festyle (Hong Kong) Limited HKSEC 2015 1st Runner-up Influenced by her family, Ding-Ding believes a simple heartwarming homemade meal helps bring the family together and serves as the foundation of a person’s physical and social well-being. Understanding the difficulties facing by city dwellers and housewives, Ding-Ding started Festyle before graduating from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Festyle is a social enterprise which provides ready-to-cook cuisine boxes and catering service. Aiming to promote cook-it-yourself culture, Festyle also advocates women employment and empowerment.
