Small Potato Big Dream Limited carries a social mission to empower individuals with high-functioning special educational needs (SEN) and learning or developmental disabilities by providing tailored baking and workplace soft-skills training according to their needs. Apart from baking, SEN individuals will learn transferable soft skills applicable across industries, like communication, teamwork, workplace adaptation and attitude. The organisation fosters an inclusive work environment by producing dessert gift sets, offering catering services, and operating a bakery shop staffed by SEN individuals. Their mission is to showcase SEN talent, and their goal is to provide job opportunities that help SEN individuals adapt to the workforce while enhancing their employability and soft skills.
