Public Health

CLARITY HK aims to tackle and overcome the stigmatization that comes with mental issues. We will use Mindfulness-based Interventions (MBIs) to provide low-priced and appropriate stress-relief treatment. This will tackle the problems caused by stress and also create positive impacts on different social levels.

Aside from providing treatments, we also focus on systematic training and act as a platform for those who are interested in becoming an MBIs teacher. Through welcoming people to join our company as mentors, they can make a living out of this career. We regard this as empowerment for those with low technical job skills.

MBIs are regarded as being more effective than traditional methods to counter mental issues and outperforms other methods in the prevention of depression. Additional advantages are that it is relatively cheap with long-term psychotherapy and easy to practice with almost no barriers to enter the field of mindfulness practice.

MBIs can be hugely beneficial to society. In the workplace, MBIs participants have been proven to have less emotional exhaustion, better and quicker decision-making, better ability to focus and reduced absenteeism for the company.

In education, MBIs have the advantage of preventing depression, increasing self-esteem, attention, learning and emotional skills
for students as well as teachers.

Socially, CLARITY HK can empower the grassroots with low technical skills in the job market with knowledge related to mindfulness stress-relief treatment. After joining our program, we offer training and opportunities for them to make a career of becoming a mindfulness tutor.
