Tons of solid wastes are accumulating on coastlines around the world including Hong Kong, spoiling the beautiful coasts and the marine ecosystems, and costing the government more than 26 millions USD to clean annually. However current collections are inefficient due to unclear or outdated cleanup needs, especially across complex and hard-to-reach coastalines, while significant efforts are spent on evaluating waste patterns and cleanup performances for management, indicating unique challenges.

EcoWing uses AI-powered analytics and autonomous drone technology to transform coastal waste management. With detection and analysis of wastes using machine learning, our system contributes latest data through continuous aerial mapping and analysis, helping government and NGOs to identify hotspots or understand pollution patterns for operation planning, research, inspection and performance evaluation. Such mobile system enables timely response to pollution, and stands out with its efficiency and diverse terrain adaptability, covering areas that are difficult to reach or ignored in traditional operations. When combined with other cleaning technologies, our systems serves as the eye for coastal waste management.

By combining automation with data-driven insights, we can reduce operational costs, improve efficiency, and protect fragile marine ecosystems. Our mission is to create cleaner coastlines and set a new global standard for smart, scalable, and sustainable coastal management. We aim to collaborate with the government and its cleaning contractors, NGOs, potential recycling companies and businesses with ESG responsibilities to together contribute towards a greener world.
