Oneday Tailor was born from a simple observation: fashion and technology move fast, but garment aftercare is still stuck in the past.

We have all been there: a piece no longer fits or has a small defect. You do not want to throw it away, but you’re not sure what to do. Often, alteration and repair services are not the first options that come to mind. This time-honoured craft, rich in heritage and skill, has been confined to traditional neighbourhood shops that can feel outdated or uninviting. This disconnect not only leads to disposal and repurchasing but sidelines local women who carry a living legacy of incredible craftsmanship from Hong Kong’s golden age.

Rooted in a 20-year family legacy in Hong Kong, we are reinventing the industry with the city’s first Online-Merge-Offline model for clothing alterations and repairs. Through digitalisation, standardisation, and brand building, we designed this platform for fast-paced lifestyles and conscious brands, but equally to empower local women with recognition and flexible work.

Whether it’s size adjustment, repairing a defect, or upcycling, we are here to make the service accessible, seamless, and reliable. Our vision extends beyond fixing clothes; we are building a future where consumption shifts toward circularity, and the skilled craftsmanship of local women is given the spotlight.
