Rehab-KG is an AI-based rehabilitation support platform that leverages Knowledge Graph (KG) technology to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of rehabilitation services. Aimed at elderly and underserved individuals, it extracts expert insights from medical databases, scholarly journals, and historical patient records to tailor personalised rehabilitation recommendations. The platform's AI Coach uses motion analysis to guide, monitor, and track patient progress, with detailed post-treatment analytics available for therapists’ review. The solution's robust AI engine provides precise outcomes and advanced logical reasoning, particularly with complex knowledge-based data. The platform can be used both online and offline, improving accessibility and cost-efficiency, and ultimately facilitating swift recovery of independence and physical functionality. Our business goal is to license the software or system to medical and insurance platforms, while adhering to a usage-based revenue-sharing model.
