For 20 years, Connie has served her loved ones wholeheartedly, and dedicated all her time and effort to providing the best nurturing environment for her kids and to creating the warmest and sweetest home for her family. It is Never Too Late to make a change for a better chance! NTL Recruitment is a human resources social enterprise tailored for ladies aged 45 or above, who have left the workplace for over 5 years, and are looking for an opportunity to open up a new chapter of their lives.  By helping these women return to the workforce through training workshops and job-matching services, as well as our innovative Senior Internship Programme, we aspire to unearth their potential so as to rebuild their confidence, re-establish their self-image, and restore their self-esteem.
